I would like to play against someone on Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum by my router doesn't work with my DS.
My boyfriends router does though.
Any idea how I can sort it out?

Does anyone else play Pokemon? I can battle at my BF'S house!

I have Platinum on my R4DS card, but I haven't played it much yet... I've been playing Puzzle Quest and Fossil Fighters...

I only have Animal Crossing and Nintendogs on mine... a few other games too but things like Cooking Mama, Professor Layton and the brain training ones.

Hey!

It may be that your router is set by a WPA passcode and his is a WEP passcode.. The DS can only access online via the WEP option..

My router is WPA, but I bought one of those Nintendo DS WiFi USB connecter thingys LINKY and it somehow works fine now..

(sorry not a very technical explanation!!)

I agree with xjimjamsx, that is probably whats up with it.
I had the same problem not long ago and once i got the whole wep thing sorted it worked perfectly.

I have Pokemon Platinum so if you ever want a match or do trades send me your friend code ^_^

I have lots of games on my DS, but nothing really keeps my attention for my than a few mins. I am an MMO girl at heart, so I miss interaction with others. :(

That's a good collection of games

Most of my DS games are Mario, Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest and Pokemon ones...also have a couple more like Zelda and Children of Mana.
I'm hoping to expand my DS collection soon, really need some new games to play.

I have an R4DS, so it's the original and NOT one of the clones out there... I've heard some the R4 clones aren't compatible... But I'm not sure... I am able to use Wi-Fi... Just need to setup the connection and test it...

I have to admit I am the proud owner of Pokemon Heart Gold. I played the original game back when it came out for the GameBoy Color. It is a pokemon game, while every game has a few deferent bells and whistles they are all the same at their core. I still enjoy them though.

I have to admit I do like the pokewalker. I can level up my pokemon while I am walking around at work there is a couple of minigames on it as well. It is like incognito gaming while a work
