So it's been a few days that i've been having this "issue"...never happened to me before.
I always have Popchix set to sign me in automatically when i come to the site (i have the "Auto-login on future visits" box checked) but it's been a few days now that every time i leave the page and come back, i have to sign in again (i never log out when i leave!). So if i close the tab 15 times a day...that's 15 times i have to log back in when i come back (yes i'm here a lot!)...so it's kinda annoying!
Anybody else having this problem? or knows how to fix it?
Same here, I thought though it might have something to do with the recent admin change (that would prevent us from logging on from another computer when the first one still thinks we're online).
Let's hope it doesn't! It's a bit annoying to have to sign on each time.
I thought it was just me, I figured I accidently changed something on my computer. Sad thing is I can never remember my password so I have to go to my email and copy/paste it from the last time I had the site send it to me Yes, I suffer from password overload.
But I signed in earlier and closed the browser and just now came back and I am still signed in so crossing fingers
I just struggled with the log-in thing about 15 times it says 'You're logged on' then quickly changes to 'there has been an error' and makes me sign in again
I tried it about 4 hours ago and it seemed to be working again. If you've cleared cookies, let me know what browsers (and versions) and operating systems you are using and I'll look further.
im using Windows Explorer on Xp. and i have no idea how to clear cookies. i just hope if i do manage to clear them i dont foget the passwords for my other sites.
Ahh it finally worked! (methinks) Had to delete my cookies and restart Firefox/Popchix several times before it eventually worked, but I think I got it now. Thanks!
You can choose which cookies you want to delete, and I actually think saved forms are not automatically deleted when you delete cookies. Even after I deleted cookies, Popchix still knows my login without me having to type it in again.
Thanks! Had to do it twice, but it is working now. Is this a one time issue or do you think we will be seeing this issue everytime we wait too long to clear stuff?
