Hahaha me too! I mostly get the CoD right...and some Halo ones...but then i get a question like: What's the name of the ex girlfriend of the first Carmine brother? (not a real Q btw!) and i'm left staring blankly at the screen LOL

I just keep guessing, but I am getting the same ones over and over it seems...

I really hate this now. I FINALLY hit 100 points after being in it since December... Yeah my 100 points just basically got lost... They went pended then got marked as rewarded, and they aren't in my account so who knows where they went *shrug*

I appreciate the effort on Microsoft's part but at this point I am so livid that I doubt I will even do the surveys anymore

you need to contact the rewards team and they will help you. though once there is 100 points pending it can take up to 45 days to go onto the account. (it says the 15th of the next month in the small print but it also says 45 days in the small print)

i've been arguing with them recently because they said i had 100 points given to me in march and when i asked where they were they said that they had sent them via a code (which the rewards program don't do unless its an avatar prop) so there was arguements because they said it was tough as i must have deleted the code sent to me.

all in all the program is a mess. it needs more work.

i am really loosing my temper with this. the reward points i was suppose to be given are orange and i have been told i got them sent as code and then that they sorted it out and i will receive them and nope i still haven't received them!!! grrrr....

Stupid rewards program! I bought a 12 month gold membership and a week later they put a promotion that you would get 600 Ms points for renewing you membership! Of course since i bought mine one freaking week earlier i don't get sh*t! ughh!

I did it through that to get the 600 points and I have to wait two months, not only that but since it was an xbox promotion and not a rewards promotion I only get one or the other but not both. I kind of get annoyed with the "great deals" microsoft offers but then the sneaky ways they get out of actually living up to it.
