I'm finally playing this game and I'm really enjoying it but as the game gets progressively more difficult I'm finding it less enjoyable. I've cleared all of Neon and now I'm in the tunnel making my way to the next location and I'm just getting my ass handed to me. I clear out a section and then those freaking conduits show up - 2 or 3 at a time - and they take back the section I've just cleared and usually kill me in the process. I don't even know where they are coming from half the time. They hit me with their long range attack but it seems like it's even longer range now.

I'm playing on medium difficulty right now and I'm thinking of just turning it down to easy to get through the tunnel and then turning it back up once I'm through.

Am I just being a baby? Does anyone have any good suggestions for getting through this section?

I never finished that game for that reason. I eventually put it down, and didn't pick it back up. >_<

I don't remember that part, it's been a while, but I do know I had some serious problems with the end boss actually, I had to put it down to easy to get through it. Still had problems with it on easy. I remember being frustrated a few times throughout the game though.
Still worth it though, great game! And the 2nd one should be coming out soon.

Yeah - I ended up putting it on easy and I managed to get through. I hate having to do that though.

Oh I know, I don't like to do it either, and I do it very rarely but I know I wasn't getting through the last boss fight on Medium, it just wasn't going to happen. I loved the game, but I gave it to a friend to play last year. I was going to go through the evil route, and started, but only got about a 1/4 way through.
