Is it possible to have a Gamer Card in the signature. I tried the codes from the site, but it will only show up as a link and not the image. I'm not good with codes and stuff so it could be me being technically challenged.
And wasn't there a Gamer Chix skin for the Gamer Cards?
the onyl thing i can think of is if you take a screen shot of your gamercard like i did with my sig, and upload it as a photo. i know the score wont go up like it would normally but, every few hundred gamerscore you can do another screen save
We'll be looking at other ways to implement gamercards but if we allowed hot-linking to it, that would open hot-linking to any image. Not sure people want the forums overtaken by 10 images or huge images in sigs

Or you could just limit the total size in kb for a sig like most sites do. It would allow 1 or 2 pix max!
I made one on My Gamer Card and then saved a copy of the picture to my desktop and then uploaded it to my profile. I will update it periodically too since it won't show up by copy pasting the code you get on MGC.
I'm curious how some of you girls have your gamercards in your sigs, please enlighten me! It would make my posts look all pretty and stuff.
I used My Gamer Card to get mine, and then used Photoshop to make it within the size limit, and added some nifty stuff to it. didn't take me too long! Although i have to admit, mine is a bit outdated now!
I was wondering the same thing. Thankfully I found this thread. I had been playing with the codes from mygamercard.net for about a half hour. I guess just updating it manually every so often isn't that bad anyway.
