I do enjoy reading this thread.

Today in German class I asked my teacher if he had watched it and he was like NO WAY! He says it's too kitsch for him. But two of my classmates are from England so they knew all about it too so we were having a discussion about it in German. Pretty entertaining really. He also thinks it's silly how neighbors always vote for each other - e.g. Portugal's points always go to Spain.

You know what is super weird, I was just going through songs on my ipod about 20 minutes ago and I came across 'Lena' and was thinking 'who the hell is that?'.. so I listened to the song and I do not ever remember hearing the song 'satellite' or downloading it. I had no clue who she was so I did a YouTube of her and found that it was Germany's 2010 entry. I am rightly baffled right now.

Simon Webbe? Really? Oh lord a replacement for the Fenris addiction hahaha, okay lets blame it on the hormones and hope that it'll all turn out okay. But seriously, ..Simon Webbe?

Yeah, and she actually won last year lol. I can't bear listening to that song anymore (not that I ever liked it), they've played it until it was dead.

Frilly I was just about to go into detail about Simon and post some almost-nekkid pictures that would explain why I find him droolworthy apart from enjoying his voice, but then I remembered that according to the manifesta I should be a good role model to young girls.. :x So I'll spare you. This time. Haha.

Besides, having crushes on celebs not loved by the rest of the world too saves you from the pain of sharing! I've always loved chocolate, another great reason for watching the NBA lol

I checked out Jedward on X-factor after you mentioned they've become known there, they actually seem like really nice, energetic and a little crazy guys (and not as weird as you would've thought when seeing them with their red costumes). I bet they have a lot of young female fans, they do remind me a little of that Twilight vampire who everybody has been so crazy about.

Luci- You just made me laugh out loud! I also googled Mr. Webbe and I'm thinking he is teetering on the 'almost-nekkid' He comes across as one severely modest guy but he has the goodies so hey almost-nekked away Simon!

Jedward do seem like nice guys and apparently they're very polite to their fans.. but as performers? Meugh. Simon Cowell hated them the whole way through. People in Ireland figured out a way of voting through some website routed through the U.K so they lasted quite some time. We weren't allowed to vote until last year. Silliness. They do actually resemble Pattinson. Nicely spotted.

Yeah it seems Germany tends to love the weirdest things including Mr. "IIIIIIIIIIII am looking for freeeeeeeedom and like to eat my cheeseburgers on the floor". Sometimes I wish I'd live in a country like Norway - they actually have heavy metal in their charts. At least beer is really cheap in Germany so you can bear the pain.

Sorry no refunds! Beer is super cheap out your way, couldn't believe the price of it in your neighbour, Austria. I don't like it though. I tried one of the house specials and nu-uh.. Norway released 'rock hard hallelujah' or something along the lines one year. Sounds like the place for you alright!
