Yeah I figure everywhere near the convention center is going to be swamped. Sweet cupcakery is a cute place =), kinda pricey for cupcakes though, but it is a nice meetup spot. Newbury St is right near the center, and they have a bunch of small shops, though I can't say I've been in many of them. If anything, we could meet up in Best Buy and play some demo Rock Band haha
What are some of the panels you guys are attending? Any after parties?
As Kihu says, they are kinda pricey.. compared to others, but very very good. I'm a fan of the Blueberry pancake and snickerdoodle cupcakes personally!
I will be going to the Girls and Games panel, but I did want to possibly check out the the "bringing up the next generation of geeks" panel right before it. Anywhere from 4:30 to 6:30 would work for me on Friday!

i was at the girls and games panel last night, was kinda disappointed with the opening-with-questions decision... felt the discussion was getting a little repetitive. stayed for about an hour and then left early.

I actually got booted from the line forming for the panel because it was already filled. :( But it seems that it wasn't very good, so I'm glad I missed it. I did go to the Classic games panel and I thought it was FANTASTIC. Not sure if I'll be heading in to the convention tomorrow though. If I do, it'll be for closing ceremonies.
I was about to submit a review, but then I just got overwhelmed by trying to write down everything about this past weekend lol. It was a great time, shame we didn't get to meet up though. It was hard even trying to find the people I knew, we kept on going on different panel schedules, and it didn't help that AT&T had such spotty service in the convention center...
Did anyone take pics? Even if you ladies can't submit a review, maybe a few pics with captions would be awesome. :D Not sure if the admin would accept that, but I think popchix representing at PAX is definitely news worthy.

Highlights of my PAX trip:
- seeing that 6 foot tall Bayonetta!
- waiting in line for TWO HOURS just to play Skate3 and win that skatedeck
- playing Rock Band and rocking so hard, a girl threw her bra on stage for us
- meeting a bunch of cool people in the freeplay rooms
- getting completely owned at Smash Bros by another girl... she went by "Aura" on her player name, if there's a chance she might be here or a friend of someone's
- seeing VGO perform for an awesome crowd
- coming home with so much free swag haha

That Bayonetta was CRAZY!! I am also jealous you got a skatedeck..I tried to get one, but had to bail before I could play >_<
