Anyone else tried it? One of my friends has it, and he already finished the Alpha cycle and moved on to the Beta, so I'm borrowing and trying out the Alpha.
I know its meant to be intense, but I think maybe I've just started from really poor shape. My calves buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurn. I've been hobbling around work pathetically when I do have to leave my desk to go assist people
The idea of only 25 minutes a day is really appealing to me though. Because if I can stick to it, that's an amount of time I think I can fit in to many days a week.
And if nothing else, I should have legs of steel, haha. So.Much.Hopping. We'll see how it goes. It does feel nice to be active when one sits at a desk 8 hours a day!
