When I notice my fuel tank is at 1/4 instead of almost full, check it out and realise my effing fuel cap has been pulled off and nicked along with the petrol! And this a month after my hubcaps vanished! I so hate this bloody place want to move asap but can't

If I have to leave one more message for the Victims Services cow that doesn't get returned I am seriously going to park my behind at the cop shop till I get to speak with her face to face. Thanks to the internet we know that the drunk driver had an appearance in court this week but that is the extent of the information out there. We can't keep bugging the constible/officer for information because he just keeps telling me to get in touch with the useless cow Victims Services worker like I am stupid or something. Problem is that she just won't return my calls and on the very rare occurance I do get her on the phone she just promises to call me back later with the information I need. So we finally got our paperwork to fill out of Victims Impact Statement (sent from the crown as opposed to the useless cow Victims Services worker) but it's vague on how it needs to be filled out. I call asking for help to fill out the paperwork and guess who I am told to call, that's right the freaking Victims Services worker. Add to this that after the court apperance we don't know if it is already too late for us to hand in the impact statements.
It's pretty bad when dealing with a claims adjuster for the drivers insurance was more of a pleasant experience than dealing with the Victims Services worker.
been helping my husband quit smoking, spend £40 on a electronic cigarette and £20 on cartridges and i found a brand new pack of lambert and butler in his car, needless to say i confiscated them and gave him a bollocking....
