I have quite a few favourite artists: Nightwish, Sonata Artica, Narnia, Epica, HB, The future sounds of London, Prodigy, Pendulum, Corvus Corax, Vicky Beeching, Lost Prophets, Hoobastank, As I lay Dying, Killswitch Engage.
I like so many different types of music that it's hard to just pick one band so I'll name a few I like Ensiferum, Equilibrium, Turisas, Moonsorrow, Nightwish, Pink Floyd, Linkin Park, Billy Talent, Kasabian, Islands...and there are more but too many to list
Like Kitty & Warrior my music collection includes almost anything, it ranges from classical to pop music. My favourite changes with the weather (and as I live in Scotland that changes A LOT ) but staple faves are: Van Morrison, Eels, Barenaked Ladies, Greenday.
As a big geek I also like theme tunes, on my memory key for the car I have the themes for Charmed, Buffy, Angel, The Tribe, Stargate SG1 & Atlantis. I also found Star Trekkin which is pure genious makes me laugh every time. My next project is to try to find Star Trek: Deep Space 9 and it would be cool to find the Big Bang theory done by Barenaked Ladies.
Right now my favorite band is Three Days Grace, I usually never have a favorite band but I love their past 2 albums so I now consider them my favorite.
Hmm, this is tricky for me as well. I like most genres of music. I don't really have a "favorite" band. But, currently I'm LOVING Flyleaf's new album Momento Mori truly magnificent! (imo anyway, lol)

I more or less just randomly like songs. I guess my favorites would be artists I have more songs from: Nine Inch Nails, Styx, Devil Doll, Muse, Owl City, Otep, Collide, Jethro Tull...and so on.
I've been listening to The Script a lot lately. I love their songs so much that I actually gave in and bought their cd. I haven't bought a cd in years.
I have alot but my favourite has to be Trent Reznor from the band Nine Inch Nails.
When it comes to his music and Lyrics he always does a great job...also love his voice when he is singing.

TOOL and A Perfect Circle are the greatest bands ever! Their lyrics and instruments are awesome! Maynard James Keenan is an incredibly talented writer = ]
