I've grown bored of my current work outs and wanted to get something new, fresh and fun to tone up for spring/summer. I found this Leslie Sansone (3 Mile Calorie Blast with walk belt resistance band) workout at Wal-Mart and tried it out today. Too much fun! I really had a nice workout and am so excited I had to share it with you all.
Has anyone tried out any of her other work out series? I am thinking of getting another to switch it up.
