i was never told how much iron i had in my blood. i will however ask tomorrow when i have my midwife appointment and my doctors apointment.
i thought i did eat enough meat ( daily) im guessing i need to a bit more ( baby must love meat then) i might start getting the big meat joints in and having a proper feast

i eat alot of cereal too which has vitamin B12 in, its actually a craving of mine. ( i heard pregnancy cravings are what your body is lacking, so it makes perfect sense that im low on iron) i dont like veg but do eat alot of fruit to make up for it. and fruit drinks.
i definatly think its pregnancy related because february 09 i had blood test done for anemia and it came back negative, so i know my diet cant be the problem. before i must have been getting enough to support myself but now its not enough to support myself and baby bump.
thank you for your help its really appreciated. even right now im wanting to sleep and ive only done a mile walk to and from the shop to get a few bits and bobs.
