I watched all these yesterday:

The Hangover - It was funnier than I thought it would be.

Wild Child - It was okay for a teen/preteen movie. I'm not entirely sure what it's target audience was but still.

The Time Traveler's Wife - Made me sadface.

The Proposal: 3 out of 5 pretty cute but not great

The Ugly Truth: 2 out of 5 it was HORRID you know Katherine complains that she gets stuck playing up tight women that make other women look bad STOP TAKING THE ROLES. It had a few redeeming moments but over all....

and a whole bunch of stuff I've seen before

Sam wanted to do a call back to army of darkness... I think the movie was mismarketed... It wasn't meant to be serious horror lol

A MidSummer's Night Dream I've seen it before but really I think it's a wonderful interpretation of one of my favorite Shakespeare plays. It being set in the 20s was a bit random but really didn't take anything away from the story at all. 4/5

lol I knew it would be campy because it's a Sam Raimi movie so I loved it. But I absolutely love Evil Dead/Army of Darkness and literally fangirl squee when I see Bruce Campbell in the Spiderman movies (the only reason to watch them are for his cameos in my opinion.)

Twilight: New Moon.. why the hell did Jacob cut his hair, he was soooo much hotter in long hair.. and what kind of ending was that?! angry

He cuts his hair in the book! All the wolves do, and I don't know why they do. Also as for the ending, it does get worse. It isn't so bad in the next book (Eclipse) but Breaking Dawn, booo terrible terrible you get no real ending! Horribly anti-climatic! I just thought you deserved a fair warning on that D:

I watched The Fourth Kind over the weekend (via Zune Marketplace). It would have been better if people didn't talk so low in that movie. That would have been fine if I was watching it in my living room on the better sound system but I feel that I should be able to watch any movie on my TV without having to pull out the Turtle Beaches.

We watched Ponyo with my family last night. Great film. It is definitely a Hayao Miyazaki film so it has some very bazaar stuff. It is great if you just sit back and enjoy the ride.

This weekend I watched:

UP: Really cute movie

Boondock Saints 2: Could not sit through the whole movie, it was that bad. The 1st one was so awesome too...

The Fourth Kind: Good movie, pretty freaky stuff.

Angels & Demons: Not as good as The DaVinci Code but good nonetheless.

What a piece of garbage...
I watched it hoping it would be so bad that it is funny, but no this movie is just so bad it is bad.

Watched Sherlock Holmes last night. Oh my gosh... it was such a fun movie! I've always loved Robert Downey Jr. (I remember watching Less Than Zero and developing an insta-crush on him waaaay back in the day) so I knew I was going to enjoy it regardless, but wow. It really had everything that makes a movie enjoyable smile Happy we bought the dvd and didn't rent it, lol.
