Hey all, I'm a fairly recent reintroduction to gaming. I haven't gamed since Sega was out but I got back into it with Dragon Age and now someone (NikNak77) got me hooked on Mass Effect as well. The hubby is threatening to get me into addiction program so that he can see me again occasionally.
He can't talk though, he just bought the complete FF collection on Ebay for a total steal!!

Maybe not entirely, it certainly helps that Bioware makes such awesome games.

Obsessions are great!! And besides, I'm not that bad yet. I've only called in sick to work once or twice to play either game. Migraines can be so convenient sometimes.

Hi welcome to PopChiX!!! I totally feel the same way about work. It SO gets in the way of gaming at times. My husband and I have a tradition dating back to Halo 2 to pick up the latest Halo game at midnight and then take the next day off of work and play the game all day long. So much fun!!!
@Nik I tried that but they said some nonsense about the IT department needing to be onsite to fix problems. I don't know what they're talking about other than most of the people I work with can't seem to think their way out of a wet paper bag, never mind use a PC intelligently. Oh well, at least I will always be needed. *sigh*

Yes.. we will always have job security, that's for sure. I have staff who don't know the difference between a monitor and a tower. For real.

Is he still harassing you? I thought there was a way to block messages from certain people? You could always be really cruel and give his gamer tag to your fiance and let him get rid of him for you.

Sigh. Yes! I thought I made everything okay and he calmed down. Then the next morning he would be right back to craziness again. I've been pretty nonexistant in our DA forum as of late, because everytime I posts, he posts right after. Today within logging in to xbox live I had 13 msgs from him within 20 mins. :s Demoose said to 1. block him 2. ignore him or 3. kill him. lol. I can block his msgs but unless he does something in forums like he is doing in my msgs, then I can't get him out of there. I hate drama!! Let's see..he says he loves me, wants me to deflower him, wants to come get me (from NY to FL), and about 20 other inappropriate propostions involving words like "bone" lol. So creepy and icky!
Just forward any of his private messages to the monitors and they can remove him from the forums. i know that sounds hag like but let's face it he's an a**hole in the first place.

I think Tanzein and a few others in xbox forums said they had extra code! Check with them
