Oh my gosh, I'm in love!

One reason why I love my Nintendo DSi so, is because of the camera and instant Facebook upload feature. However, with the DSi, it's a gaming system first and a camera second. There isn't a flash, nor a zoom, camera settings, etc. Which I don't mind, because the DSi is bitchin'.

But with this new Kodak camera, you can take a picture and instantly upload to Kodak Gallery, Facebook, Flickr, YouTube and e-mail. Oh my GOSH. Plus, the camera itself is pretty damn amazing.

I love this one (in radish): http://store.kodak.com/store/ekconsus/en_US/pd/SLICE_Touchscreen_Camera/productID.169976000

Have you heard about the Kodak Easy Share? Have you heard about the Slice? What do you think?

It looks okay as a camera, but I don't like how they market it. It doesn't INSTANTLY upload your photos, it has no wifi. Rather, as soon as you plug it into your computer via USB, it uploads instantly. But other than that it looks okay!

I just swore off Kodak eternally. I used to sell cameras while I was in undergrad school as a side job for 3 years, and i always recommended kodak. this year, my camera which i bought in september malfunctioned. i called kodak and the best they could offer me since i couldn't find the receipt was 110 bucks to repair the current one. i need a camera b/c i have some online businesses and use it several times a week. i tried 5 cameras and returned them before i ended up with a brand i never thought i'd use for a camera. it's a sony cybershot. i love, love, love it. it's the first one that automatically adjusts the white balance, the mode (i had to manually switch between micro, macro, and portrait constantly with the others), the light source, time of day, etc. the pictures turn out so beautiful, and i used it this week to take the prom pictures for the middle school where i teach. it has face detection for every person, and it even has smile detection. it found every kid's face in every picture and put a different color focus box on the ones not smiling. if anyone is in the market for a new cam, it's great. don't buy an olympus! they were the worst. i've always liked kodak, but their service isn't up to par.
