If you've fancied games like Burnout Revenge, Forza and Mario Kart, you may want to check out Split Second. It's like a combination of those games. You may think it's just another racing game, but there is soo much more to it. Play enough of the single player mode - Season - and you unlock tracks and game modes for Quickplay.

Season consists of Episodes having 6 Events in each, that consists of various game modes, the last one being an elite race that goes towards points and placement for the season championship. Do enough wrecking of opponents and you also unlock a Bonus event for that

Modern Warfare 2 has left a sour taste in many people's mouths since it's release in November 2009, but like a number of people I continue to play it despite the laughable state of the online multiplayer.  The announcement of the "Stimulus Pack" failed to excite players and did nothing but "stimulate" our anger.  But, like more than 2 million people, I purchased the map pack at it's ridiculously inflated price so I might as well let you know what I think of them and maybe offer some tips.  I'm no expert at this game but I enjoy lending a helping hand.

I know that for almost anyone

I have to admit when I first received Dragon Age: Origins as a gift for my birthday, I actually didn't give it much of a thought. In fact, I believe my first thought was "Oh no! Not another dragon game".  I put it on my shelf and quickly broke out one of my other games I was gifted.  A few weeks later, bored with my current game, I decided to pop Dragon Age in and give it a try.  I was instantly mesmerized!  Bioware hit it out of the park with Dragon Age.  I could of kicked myself for allowing it to collect dust for the first few weeks I had it in my possession.  Little did I know how

I noticed a vehicle in front of me at a stop light the other morning. It's was a totally rusted out SUV with an exterior finish that only an aerosol spray paint aficionado could appreciate and a hand-lettered advertisement on the back window for a local tattoo shop. Classy. I had considered trying my hand at the tattoo arts - not as a career, but more for gee whiz. That plus the fact that I've had Fallout 3 on the mind lately, especially with Fallout New Vegas coming out later this year, did I stumble upon a revelation - I have no post-apocalyptic career skills. Should my beloved little

Kids and adult kids everywhere will scream for this new collaboration between 7-Eleven, Mountain Dew and SCEA (Sony Computer Entertainment America). What is it, you ask? Why it's a pure, unadulterated sugar rush in one of four of the coolest collectible cups I've seen to date. During February and March, you can stop by your local participating 7-Eleven and pick up your Kratos inspired Slurpee in one of said cups with his image plastered all over it. I can't imagine what the special Kratos flavor tastes like. Hmm maybe I should just stop there...

Also, keep those cups around for the codes.

You are Sean Devlin, an Irish engineer and race car driver who has the misfortune of bumping into the wrong Nazi during a race. The consequences are dire: before the night is over, your best friend is dead and Germany has invaded France, forcing you to flee to Paris. Once there, you're quickly thrown into a cell by the French Resistance. It gives you an excellent opportunity to plan your own personal vengeance as you can sabotage for the German occupiers in a Paris that you can travel more or less freely in.

The format is a simple revenge story, but everything becomes more complicated as

Assassin's Creed 2 picks up directly where the first one left off. So if you haven't played the first one you'll have no idea why you're staring at a wall full of words and strange symbols, all written in blood. You'll also have no idea what these "Pieces of Eden" are. If you have played the first one you're most likely looking forward to getting some answers, as AC1 left us all with an annoying case of blue balls.

You once again assume control of Desmond Miles, a bartender who happens to be a descendant in a long line of assassins. I don't know about you, but I wake up every

I haven't been on Amazon in a couple of days so I missed the start of this promotion but they're having an sale on different video games every day for 18 days. I know lots of my friends have been curious about Lego Rock Band but weren't sure. Well, now's your chance to pick it up with cash to spare! You can grab it for Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii for $32.99 or for DS for $19.49. DEAL DUDE!

If you want to catch up on some past gaming, you can pick up Star Wars: The Complete Saga for Wii and DS for $12.98.

I seem to be one of the few who realized this game actually came out - amongst my gaming friends, anyway. I have to admit, though, I was hesitant about picking it up because I, well, thought the latest movie in the saga was just another testement to Lucas having gone bat**** crazy. However, I have always enjoyed the lego games so I decided to put my bias aside and pick it up.

The first thing that caught my attention was that this installment actually starts with missions from the first three movies. Perhaps someone at Traveller's Tales realized that a game based purely on the latest episode

After being badgered incessantly by friends and loved ones to pick up that newfangled shooter Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, I finally gave in and picked up a copy. I have to say, the guy who sold it to me was a little too eager to get it in my hands. I left feeling a little skeered.

Anyway, I unpacked it, went through the training round, failed it abysmally and was offered my suggested level of difficulty.

They seemed to think I was only capable of "regular". Biatch, please. Now, granted, I don't go Veteran at first because I would like to actually enjoy the story and not throw my
