I used the product one a day, in the evening before bed, I love the fact that it comes in a pump tube too. You only realty need to use a small amount so the 200ml tube lasts ages, im currently 5 ½ months and only used a ¼ of a tube so far. You can’t stop stretch marks but you can try and hide them and make them appear less noticeable.
